Morning.

Good morning ;)


My morning routine is first, I drinks hot water with lemon slice.

It feels good to soak into your body all the time.

It makes healthy:) And I write what to do today and how feeling.

It is important routine for me.

After, I drink cup of coffee and smoothies;)

Banana, Avocado or another fruit), flaxseed, chia seed, cacaopowder, hemoseyed protein, marine collagen, almond milk
